Why to be a mentor?

Because..

• you can acquire new skills
• you can get to know a new culture
• you can organize your support activity flexibly

As a mentor, you will:

• Help your mentee navigate through the career development program
• Learn the needs and goals of your mentee during a short conversation, and connect him/her with the right program partners
• Support your mentee during the job search process, including help in writing a CV and conducting mock interviews
• Follow up and help your mentee navigate through the first month of employment

Please provide your language skills and explain your motivation in your email!

Please apply as a mentor to the program if the following holds valid for you:

• You speak at least English and/or Ukrainian
• You have experience with the Hungarian labor market and the job seeking process
• You are eager to help in writing CVs and motivation letters
• You have 1-2 hours a week to participate in the program
