Who can apply?
The program is for you if:
- You came to Hungary because of the war in Ukraine
- You are between 18 and 55 years old
- You want to stay in Hungary for at least 2-3 years
- You currently do not have a job matching your qualifications
- You need help in navigating on the Hungarian labor market
Why apply?

- Additionally, we also help your integration in Hungary by finding a proper accommodation, language courses, professional trainings, child care services and schools
- We tailor the help to you: we help everyone with exactly what they need
- A mentor will make sure you don’t feel alone during the program
- Your mentor will connect you with the relevant partners
How it works?
- Apply with your CV in Hungarian, English or Ukrainian on the website
- A member of our staff will contact you by phone and ask a few questions to see how the program can help you
- We will assign you a personal mentor who will help you navigate through the program
- You get to know each other with your mentor through a personal or online conversation
- Your mentor will connect you with the appropriate program partners who will support you in all areas: for example, in paperwork, finding an accommodation, organizing childcare or giving you the opportunity to take part in upskilling trainings
- We also help you find the right job as well as through the application process: your mentor will help you write your CV and organize mock interviews for you
- During the first month of your employment, you can still rely on your mentor, and you can contact him/her with your questions
- By the end of the program, you will have a job in Hungary matching your qualifications and experience
